Project Manager

Plans, organizes, and directs the completion of the project portfolio for the company while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Chanael has over 20 years of diverse project, people management and product development experience in the personal care, food/flavor and consulting industries. She is capable of managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from ideation and innovation to implementation. She is a flexible and adaptable leader with proven capacity to drive projects to completion.

Chanael enjoys problem-solving, finding unique solutions and implementing those solutions for large and small teams.  She likes the ideation process and watching ideas come to life through collaboration and teamwork.

Chanael is originally from Indiana and has lived in Washington, DC, Massachusetts and Ohio over the past 25 years. Outside of work she enjoys weightlifting, reading and traveling to tropical locations.
