Plans, coordinates, and oversees operations of projects by assisting with timeline development, ensuring production is on schedule, providing supervision from start to finish, and offering guidance to improve progress.
Over the past five years, Kay has been managing teams and through active leadership, she has built strong skill sets including advocacy, research, strategic decision-making, interpersonal effectiveness, and project management. Her diverse background and education in Philosophy, Global Management, Nonprofit Leadership and Management, Global Business, and Global Entrepreneurship, drive her passion for activism, inclusivity, transformative leadership, innovative solutions, problem-solving, learning, and growth
Kay enjoys planning, organizing, and pursuing opportunities that allow her to help marginalized groups. She loves connecting individuals and businesses to valuable resources in order to enhance and streamline success. Through NAG, she hopes to help businesses with the oversight of projects from inception to completion and help all parties maximize efficiencies through the introduction to relevant resources and information
Kay is a native Ghanaian but has been calling Arizona home since 2010 with her sisters. Outside of work, you can find her reading, volunteering, studying, or watching Korean dramas and TV shows such as Law & Order: SVU, Grey’s Anatomy, All Rise, or Equalizer.
