Mari has extensive experience in operations and business development. Her core skills are process optimization, project management, and supply chain management. Her business operations background means that she is highly focused on metric performance, project timelines and outcomes that best meet the needs of the organization. 

She enjoys connecting people to solutions, whether through other individuals, processes, tools or organizations, ensuring organic development and intentional impact for organizations and its employees.

She is a native Okinawan and currently lives in Portland, although lived most of her life in Colorado and spent some time in Delaware and Arizona.  Outside of work you can catch Mari touring local breweries or traveling.  Let her know if you have sour beers worth recommending!
